I bought my first home more than twenty years ago, not long after arriving in Canada with two suitcases and a dream I wasn’t entirely sure I could reach. Homeownership felt like something other people did — people who knew the rules, who had family here, who didn’t switch between languages mid-sentence. And yet, there I was, holding the keys.

That moment changed everything. It planted the seed that would eventually grow into my real estate career in 2013 — though the truth is, the story started long before that.

Over the years, I’ve guided countless buyers, sellers, and new landlords through decisions big and small. My background in property management means I can spot a solid rental investment, estimate realistic income, and help people navigate the sometimes-messy world of tenant-occupied sales with a steady hand. My clients will tell you I negotiate with a mix of Latin warmth and Canadian level-headedness — determined, but never pushy; strategic, but always kind.
